I was so pleased to get your message this morning. Thank you for the positive response. Algeria… and Iran! I always wanted to visit Iran. In the 80s/early 90s, it was possible. I wish I had gone when I could have. As you noted, and as is clearly true for you too, the middle east has a special hold. I would love to visit more of the region. You were there in ’79 too! Amazing. I will definitely read your articles. Great to discover you!
