Hi Linnea, Thanks for reading, and for writing. You know, I once read somewhere something like, "Cooking is just applying heat to food. You can literally walk into your house, set a pot of water on the stove, toss in more salt than you think, and then just add things from your fridge--and have a decent dinner. Actually, I remember the book: It's "An Everlasting Meal" by Tamar Adler, and it helped me relax around cooking and believe it was easier than I thought and totally available to all of us.
